And by Tuesday Addison was miserable sick - which made the rest of us miserable. I knew I would have to keep her home from school but the icy days did that for me so she didn't miss out on anything at school at least.
By Wednesday she was a completely different kid and much better. Connor however started sleeping poorly and we worried he was getting sick now, but so far so good with him.
The week was definitely long and felt like it was never going to end. I was sure they would be in school on Thursday but apparently not. By that point I could only hope they would be back on Friday because even a drive to school sounded refreshing.
They got along off and on the entire week. They were a bit cranky on and off which was always very clear when they started fighting more, but mostly they got along and played well together. Not that I didn't count down until naptime each day.
So needless to say I am more than ready for the weekend.
