So somewhere along the way I decided that I wanted to be in-shape for my wedding in June. Not completely sure why I had the sudden desire for this. It's not like I'm not of shape. I have actually lost quite a bit of weight since college (which I can happily say that there are no many pictures for some horrible years). But like I think every woman that has ever lived and will live long after me, there are areas I would love to improve. So I have decide to start working on those "problem" areas and working out is hard work. And the crazy person that I am, I agreed to start jogging with Rob starting this next week (his PFT was today and he got 1st class so now we're going to start working towards next years already). So on top of the crazy belly blasting workout I'm doing and my fitness problem I have on the Wii and my other 10 minute solution that has strength and cardio. I'm gonna run. I'm not a runner by any means, so we'll see how this goes. It's a good thing Rob's patient.
I'm hoping that all this working out business will get easier after I'm done this for awhile, but I guess that just means I'll have to do a harder workout at that point. I don't think I'm ever going to win. But I have been doing it for two weeks and I have started pushing myself harder because if I want to keep the status quo then I just work out and do no more, but if I want to approve then I have to push myself. And now I have a goal: I want to be able to do at least one pull up. I'm gonna show Rob what's up and he'll be impressed.
So I'm hoping by my wedding in June, I'll have improved those areas and will be looking good. So I welcome all compliments about how amazing I look at our wedding because I'm working hard! :)
