Ten days baby! Oh yeah! Who's proud? I'm proud. I'm pretty sure the love of my life who is currently rewarding me with Sims 3: Pets from 'Thank You' rewards is proud of me. I say reward, but really it was the motivation for the week. And trust me I really needed some motivation. But I made it through another five days. So how am I feeling? I'm feeling refreshed. I'm feeling exhausted. I'm feeling good.
But I feel like this is also where I should be honest. I didn't have the greatest week working out. Sunday I fought it because we had just returned from our Mother-Daughter Weekend so I certainly didn't want to do it then because I was tired. Monday, I was all ready to go. Tuesday I lagged again and Rob did it with me. Wednesday, I did okay but I stopped about halfway through. And today (Thursday) Rob had to do it with me again. I'm such a slacker. But something I have figured out is that I do it much much better if Rob is doing it with me. It almost pushes me a little more. And actually after this weekend, he said he would be willing and wanted to do it with me everyday. It is a good workout. It will benefit both of us.
So I didn't have the best workout week ever, but I did it everyday. I feel it in my arms because I have tired to do some of it with heavier weights. And I have been pushing my legs harder, so my thighs are feeling the burn. All good things. But I've just had some trouble really getting into this week. But I stayed with it. I did it five days, so I should be getting some kind of applause for that. Go ahead - I'll wait.
So now, the applauding is over and I'm tired and I don't feel great, so I'm just going to go elsewhere and I will see you another time Jillian. You haven't killed my spirit yet!
