Much Needed Break

So I was gone last week. I decided to take an unexpected week off from my blog. It was definitely not planned. But it was definitely one that was necessary.

Truth: I needed a break. I needed to step away. Have you ever just felt overloaded? I'm sure you have. Everyone has. That's just part of life. Well, I was feeling overloaded and stressed so I decided to step away from something I could step away from.

But now I'm back. And that's that. I'm back with posts about cooking, about working out, about Addison, about Rob, about me, about our lives. I'm just back. Thanks for sticking with me and returning after my short absence.
