I was 18 weeks pregnant. And we were at the end of our time at our apartment with only a few weeks left (we moved in our on one year anniversary - June 25), so we had boxes everywhere! We were supposed to find out if we were having a boy or girl, but our girl was stubborn and gave us only her back bone to look at [she has an adorable back bone I must say]. We did find out she was indeed a she about a month later after we had to go in for another ultrasound. We were also just living normal, boring lives playing board games on random Tuesday nights.
Life now seems so different. We have a great house that we love. We have a beautiful daughter who is the best little girl in the world [if only she would start rolling back from her tummy to her back, life would be so much easier!]. But hopefully unlike last summer, we won't be having a horribly hot summer where you don't even want to walk outside. Annual training is once again around the corner; as is Addie being able to crawl - it's just a matter of time now.
I would take this year over last in a heartbeat. No question. No contest.
