"The hippos are sad. They want to eat the balls!" [Trying to convince me to play Hungry Hungry Hippos.]

During a thunderstorm early in the morning, I go in to close her window all the way.
"Rain loud. Flash boom. Can't get you!" A
"That's right. It can't get you. Ready to go back to sleep?"
"No! I'm scared!"

"Don't cry Connor. You've got socks!"

"I turned back into a pirate!"

"Let's play exercise. You need exercise."

"I'm hot." A
"Well then you better get a drink of water!" B
Takes a big drink. "Get idea mom!"

"Connor. Oh Connor. Whatcha doing Connor. Oh Connor." B singing a jingle Rob made up for Connor to myself while helping Addie brush her teeth.
"I'm not Connor! I'm Addie!"

"Addie I made some blueberry muffin bread." B, thinking she would be excited since she loves blueberry muffins.
"Good job!" A, then back to what she was doing.

"I went to grandma's house! I hopped aboard papa's truck!"

"Dreams do come true!" Watching Prince Philip kiss Sleeping Beauty and her waking up.

Sitting in the car.
"Mama!"
I turn around. "Yeah?"
Smiles. "Not you!"
I slowly turn back around
