One Marriage, Two Houses, One Cat, Three Kids: 10 Years Later

If you are keeping track then you might realize that we were not married in November nor have we been married for 10 years just yet. We in fact just celebrated 8 years last June which is crazy enough but it has been 10 years since we first went on our first date. It's hard to believe that it's been a decade now.

Technically this wasn't taken 10 years ago today since that would have been a little weird for two almost complete strangers to take a photo of themselves on their first date but this was the first one I had and it came only two months later so it was pretty dang close. I'm sure we didn't change much in those two months and isn't the photo quality awesome.

And here we are these days. It's basically the same picture. I must say the phone photo quality has really improved over the years. And we definitely look ten years older with better haircuts.

It's just hard it's actually been ten years since we went on our first date. Feels like a lifetime ago - in fact it was three lifetimes and one cat ago. It hasn't been all sunshine and roses but it's all been worth it. So here's to ten more...then after that we'll see where we are....
