So I talked about the Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil Pesto Grill Sandwich that I had found and how I was excited to make it. Well, I never had the chance to...until now. And let me just say that this is the easiest meal to make. No seriously. You get some basil pesto which you can find in stores or you can even make your own which is a little more work. You put some of that one the bread then some cheese and some tomato and you cook it like a grilled cheese. Really easy but very good. Now mine is not quite as pretty because well my food never seems to actually be pretty looking but it was good so that's all that matters. Yum!
