Almost there! Well with the series that is. Although I did see that there is another book coming out, but at least I'll be caught up. And I know I can read one of these in a couple days if I let myself so I'll just buzz right through it I'm sure.
Sookie is in the middle of yet another war. This one much more dangerous. This one much more mysterious. The fairies are waging war now. Sooke just recently met her great-grandfather who turned out to be a fairy prince (of the sky) and he has many enemies. Now that everything else has slowed down. The Weres and shifters have revealed themselves to the world and that seems to be going good. The vampire community seems to be quiet - although Sookie has found herself in bed with Eric many times much to her pleasure. But now the fairies are at it and Sookie finds her life being threatened by them as they try to get to her great-grandfather through her. But she is able to call upon the favors owed to her from the werewolves and the vampires for her protection. But will it be enough?

This has been one heck of a series. There is always something going on. This poor girl is just not destined to have a normal life. Well, I guess she is a telepath and you really can't have a normal life being a telepath. But like I have said eight other times, I have been enjoying these books. With so much going on in my life right now, these have been an easy, enjoyable, stress-free read, and sometimes that's just what you need.
