Well since kid
Well today was the ultrasound. Today was the day that we were going to find out for certain if we were really having a girl or if we were going to actually have a boy. To say I was excited (again - who am I kidding, I'm always excited to see our baby) was an understatement. What mother-to-be wouldn't be excited about finding out? Okay, well maybe those who don't want to know I guess. But I was not among those women, so I was excited and ready. As much as the name Poppy has grown on me, I was ready to call our baby by the name we decided on. Plus, I was ready to paint the baby's room and register, and do all that fun stuff. I was just ready.
So you wanna know the results already? I could babble on for awhile longer and keep you in suspense longer. But let's be honest, how many people scrolled to the bottom to see what we are having then came back up to read all my world-class writing words. But good things come to those who wait and read all my ramblings (okay, so maybe the exact same thing will come to those who wait as those who rushed ahead to see the results, but whatever).
So the moment of truth: Is it really a girl or are we having a boy? Boy or girl? Conner or Addison?
Yup, that's right. We're having a girl. Addison (Addie) Sophia is due November 5. Currently she is 1 pound 4 ounces, and healthy.
