Anyway, here we are now and I have a 10 month old. Is that even possible? Time flies when you're exhausted I guess. But seriously, the last 10 months has flown by and it's hard to believe how much she has changed. There are definitely some things I don't want to forget about my 10-month old:
*The way she gets excited as soon as you start reading. It almost instantly puts a smile on her face.
*The way she lays on her back with her feet on the ground and bounced her bum up and down, almost like she is trying to crab walk.
*The way she watches people with her giant blue eyes. Luckily everyone thinks she adorable and hasn't ad any issues with her staring them down.
*The way she smiles when her dad walks in the door from work.
*The way she stops everything she's doing as soon as the DuckTales theme song comes on.
*The way she lifts one eyebrow and gives me a half-smile like she is up to no good (I'm pretty sure she got that from her dad).
*The way she chats with you, pausing to let you answer; some of the words even sometimes sounds like actual words.
*The way patty-cake and peek-a-boo entertains her, as does Itsy-Bitsy Spider.
*The way she will eat anything right now - that girl is not a picky eater at all!
*The way she will be blissfully unaware when I pick up my camera but as soon as she hears the first click, she starts giving me cheeseball smiles and making faces. A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E [Don't believe me - check out this post for proof!]
*The way she does this weird, deep fake laugh.
