This Time Last Year...

Apparently I didn't do a lot of writing on October 8th over the last five years, so there might be a few more dates around October 8. That's my disclaimer...on with the post.

October 10, 2010 -- "Autumn, the year's last, loveliest smile." William Cullen Byrant

We also spent that day craving pumpkins, which started a new tradition for our family.  We were still dating, although already engaged. Also I had quite the hair cut and hair color. 

October 9, 2011 -- How to Boil Water: Sausage and Broccoli Skillet & Eat Dessert First: Mini Apple Pies

Our lives looked very different back on October 8, 2011. We had been married for only a few months and adjusting to that. We lived in our little apartment with just a Stella cat to keep us on our toes. 

October 8, 2012 -- Eek-Tastic!

We weren't doing much around this time three years ago other than just getting ready for a little girl to come into our lives. She did come a little sooner than we expected but we'll forgive her for that. 

October 11, 2013 -- All About Pink Again + I'm a Dork

I took a blogging break this time two years ago. I was busy with an almost one year old who I adore.

October 8, 2014 -- Eight on the Eighth

This time last year things were good. Life had definitely changed because we had an almost two year old and I was in my first regular cycle after my first miscarriage. But we were doing good and moving forward. 

I always enjoy looking back on previous years and what we were up to. Life has definitely changed since 2010. I started this blog not married (although engaged) with no clue what I was doing. Now we have been married for just over four years, one beautiful daughter, pregnant with another baby, and still no clue what I'm doing. But hey that makes life interesting right?!
