-- I was trying to calm Connor one day y singing to him and the first song that popped into my head was 'The Hanging Tree' from 'The Hunger Games.' And now that is a sure fire way to calm him down. Oops...
-- I let Addison eat in other parts of the house sometimes. I don't get obsessed with her always eating at the table for breakfast and lunch.
-- I hate pacifiers. They are annoying and a pain. I made it a week with one with Addison before I was done. This time we do use one with Connor and honestly even though it works I sill hate it. I get so excited every time Connor finds his thumb. I'm counting down to being done with pacifiers which will be sooner rather than later.
-- I hate Goldfish. I can't stand the taste. I don't even like the smell. So for the longest time Addie didn't get any and now I'm always happy when she asks for a different snack.
-- Diaper pails are awful but I don't like throwing diapers in a trash can because then the whole house smells like urine. And it's definitely not realistic that I'm going to take it outside each time. At least it keeps in the smell until you take a bunch out at once. But boy is it bad when you open a full diaper pail.
-- I don't care about peeing alone. I want to cook alone.
-- Potty seats are the best and worst. We have the kind that sits on the toilet thank goodness because otherwise gross. I love that it helps me feel more secure when she goes by herself to the bathroom but when you forget to clean it on a regular basis it is really really gross. And I already hated cleaning...

I hate folding laundry, so it sits behind the couch for a week. Then my husband makes the boys fold it.
ReplyDeleteI hate folding laundry too! My daughter isn't quite old enough to take on the folding but I am definitely looking forward to getting some extra help though! :)
