Monday - Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes Sheet Pan Dinner
This is a sheet pan dinner I found on Pinterest. I wasn't sure about it the first time I made it but it turned out to be really good. Check it out the recipe here.
Tuesday - Skinny Crab Cakes + Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits + Mango
This crab cakes recipe I got from a Rachael Ray magazine (but you can also find the recipe here). In the past I made the Peach Summer Slaw with it that the recipe, but I just didn't want it, so I went with my Cheddar Bay Biscuit recipe and some cut up mango.
Wednesday - Spaghetti + Broccoli + Texas Toast
This was a request from Addison because she just loves spaghetti and who doesn't love a super easy meal for the middle of the week!
Thursday - All-American Burgers + Garlic-Chive Baked Fries
This is our favorite burger recipe. I have a few that I make but this is the easier and the yummiest! (You can find this recipe here.) I also love to make our fries which are super simple and pretty dang good. (You can find that recipe here.) Both of these recipes came from Taste of Home and both are super easy.
Friday - Papa John's
We always have pizza on Friday nights, and this night just happened to be a Papa John's night. Next week is a homemade pizza night then.
Saturday - Irish Nachos + Mushroom Swiss Roast Beef Sliders
I looked up St. Patrick's Day recipes on Pinterest and these two popped up. I didn't do a lot of looking to see if these were Irish in anyway (I know shame on me), but they looked good so I went for it. You can find the nacho recipe here and the slider recipe here. The sliders were a hit but I burnt some the potatoes so they weren't as good. Oh well.
Sunday - McDonald's
We had stuff to do ravioli in there but it's just a freezer meal basically so it would keep. It comes to just not wanting to do any cooking so we just did a drive-through. We all have those days.
Here's a look at some other week of meals:
