This was a crazy week. The crankiness has subsided slightly but the anxiety has kicked up. But that's what happened when you send your oldest to kindergarten. You and me, however, have had a heck of a week getting used to getting up early in the morning. You, however, have gone over and above by getting me up 3-4 times a night for me to go pee. It's starting to get exhausting but I know I still have months of middle of the night bathroom trips before you arrive. You have been doing a lot of moving around, although you gave me a scare of a couple days by not doing a lot of moving around during the day. Your dad however reassured me that you were definitely kicking because he could feel you once I fell asleep at night. I have been hungrier lately although I am still struggling a bit trying to figure out what to eat. But at least things are getting better in regards to food even if I have no idea what I want to eat most of the time.Taking kids to appointments are never a fun task. It doesn't matter if it is their appointment or one for yourself. It turns out that no matter how quick OB appointments are, they are no more fun to take kids to. I have previously done the whole take a kid to OB appointments thing when I was pregnant with Connor but now I have two kids to tote around with me. I think easily the worst part is the fact that every appointment you have to pee in a cup and that bathroom is just not very big and they usually have a running commentary. Otherwise I have learned that it actually isn't too bad. The appointments are pretty short and my OB is also my regular doctor and the kids' doctor as well which means they are comfortable there and the office is comfortable with kids around. Now that Addison is back in school I only have one kid to take with me to these appointment which makes it a little easier especially as I get bigger. It could definitely be worst. Luckily I have pretty easy kids who don't mind tagging along since there's usually a sucker at the end of it.
