I Break Stuff

No lie. I mean seriously. I don't mean to. It just happens. I swear!

Like say for example two days ago, I went to flush the toilet, simple enough task. But somehow I managed to break the enclosed system inside. Rob just fixed it yesterday.

I have also broken my lamenator recently. Luckily Rob fixed that too. My computer never really works well for me. Rob set it up so our not wireless printer could be a wireless printer, but not with my computer.

Oh and did I tell you about the time I broke Rob's handle on his car door?! Which means I have broken two - count'em two - car door handles in my life. Impressive, right?

And there was that time when I broke the water faucet in our kitchen. Yup, that happened. And our kitchen was really wet after that. Oops.

I also broke one of the antennas on our digital bunny ears. Snapped that sucker right off.

Oh and right after we moved, everything survived our move without being broken, but we were sitting on the floor in the family room a day or so later looking through boxes. I discover a bouncy ball. I get excited. So I got to bounce it to Rob, which seems like a bad idea since we were on carpet, but I did it anyway. Somehow I managed to hit the ball square on a picture frame and broke the glass. It was the one thing on an empty floor and I broke it. Still haven't gotten a new frame for that. It's glassless.

Oh and when Rob got a new computer, he gave me his old desktop. It worked great for him until it got to me and it did nothing. Seriously nothing.

I'm sure there's countless other things as well but my brain hurts. So much of my breaking things really is just from bad timing. Other than technology. Technology just plain hates me. Which seems ironic since I married a software engineer, a guy who loves technology, who makes a living because of technology. I guess that means he's handy to have around.

I told Rob that I would be great as a test for Garmin. Give me one of those suckers and I will find all the things wrong with it. Believe you me. That's what I'm good at. Finding the flaws in systems.

That and just plain breaking things...
