The last pregnancy picture I have is at 38 weeks because Connor decided he wanted to come into the world the first day of week 39. I was in labor first thing in the morning and not so interested in taking a weekly picture.
Although I still struggle with the loss of bonding right after Connor came into the world, he came quickly. Which is like him - he's a fast little guy.
Since that February day, he has been an amazing little guy. He has completely changed our world. He has the brightest, happiest blue eyes. He is always smiling. He is loving the world and can't seem to get enough of everything around him.

This little boy is my rainbow baby (for those of who you don't know what a rainbow baby is, he came after three miscarriages and is my light). I feel so lucky to be his mom. I got to carry him for 39 weeks and that time was just me and him. He spent a lot of that time making me sick, using my bladder as a pillow, and shoving his feet in my rib cage. But that was just me and him.
And now he's out in the world for everyone to meet and I think all those people are pretty lucky. He is an awesome little boy. He is always smiling and happy. Like I said I don't know why I think this is so cool, but I like it the thought of it.
xo, B
