6:50 // Up, gotta get up!
7:00 // Connor's awake
7:09 // Connor's dressed. Addie's awake but doesn't want to get up.
7:13 // We finally convinced Addie to get up, but she didn't sleep well and not feeling good (she's been sick - there is a blog coming all about this another time), so we are skipping school today to rest.
7:21 // Connor's ready for breakfast.
7:25 // Addie's finally ready for breakfast. It was clear that she didn't sleep enough because we had a bit of a fit to get to this point.
7:33 // Connor's done and playing in his high chair waiting for the rest of us.
7:43 // Addie decided to play with Connor. She's mostly better but after getting sent home yesterday and her not sleeping well, another day of rest (it also means a long day for me)
7:49 // I grab some breakfast
8:02 // Connor's playing and Addie's watching Mickey. I try to get a little work done.
8:31 // Playtime continues. Connor is mostly getting in trouble - he really likes cords. Addie is playing on the iPad. I've been trying to convince her to take it easy.
9:00 // Connor got cranky which means naptime.
9:28 // Connor isn't settling well but he's also been sick and keeps coughing. Addie is still playing on the iPad. I'm doing some shop and blog business.
9:57 // Connor is awake and I am not thrilled with his nap.
10:04 // Playtime in Connor's room
10:19 // And on to Addie's room
11:02 // Addie continues playing in her room. Connor mostly gets himself in trouble. I pick up a little.
11:15 // Connor is ready to eat.
11:23 // I'm going to eat too while I have a moment. Addie is still playing in her room.
11:42 // Addie's finally ready for lunch.
11:56 // Playtime until naptime. Basically it's all eating and playing with the occasional nap all day every day.
12:51 // Bottle (8 oz) before nap
1:01 // Connor is down, fast asleep
1:03 // I sit down to read with Addie
1:13 // Addie is in her room for quiet time. And although I have a couple of orders to put together I'm having a little down time.
2:13 // Addie comes downstairs to play quietly
Somewhere in there I feel asleep while Addie watched Mickey.
3:54 // I get up to work on orders.
4:10 // Connor is awake.
4:20 // Connor is ready for dinner.
4:33 // Connor is done. I give him some Puffs while I clean up the kitchen and start dinner.
5:32 // Yeah dinner didn't turn out (I undercooked the chicken and raw chicken is bad bad bad), so plan B
5:41 // Play time while we wait for the hubs
5:51 // The hubs is home aka reinforcements have arrived
6:09 // Dinner, not the greatest but it works
6:21 // Dinner is done. Chaos is back in action. I finish the few orders I had for the day
6:52 // The hubs promised me some alone time so I retreat while he does the entertaining. This includes taking care of both bedtimes. The man is a saint.
The hubs and I took it easy the rest of the evening. Basically a little of catching up on the DVR and reading and sleeping early.
And that's our day.
