Some Things...

Making:: Lot of necklaces these days. I have had a steady stream of orders with the holidays and I am loving it.

Cooking:: I'm not doing a lot of cooking thanks to this pesky knee thing.

Drinking:: Trying to drink lots of water. But I have definitely had my fair share of caffeine these days.

Reading:: Reunion in Death by J.D. Robb. This is the 14th book in the series and I have enjoyed them all. I will confess I haven't done too much reading lately, but I'll get back to it.

Wanting:: A vacation. But that's not going to happen so I'll take more Washi Tape for my bullet journal (my new obsession is Washi Tape which I also use for the shop and I'll post about this new thing I'm doing with the bullet journal these days.)

Looking:: Tired. I haven't been sleeping great these days. Turns out sleeping in a big knee brace is uncomfortable.

Playing:: iPad games to kill time while I'm laid up.

Wasting:: A lot of time playing games on my phone. I have a couple of games that I play on my phone that I spend too much time playing but what else do moms do when their kids finally nap?!

Needing:: Lunch ideas! I am seriously in a rut with lunch and it's really frustrating.

Smelling:: Fresh kettle corn. We get some delicious kettle corn and the company dropped it off at our house since they were in the area instead of shipping it, and it smells very yum!

Wearing:: Sweatpants mostly these days. I also wear some shorts. It's just more comfortable with the knee brace and it's not like I'm not doing anything else.

Remembering:: When I could move my leg without having to think so hard or having to physically move it with my hand.

Noticing:: How big my 4 year old is getting? How did that happen? She is so big and talking so much. She has a way about her that drives me crazy but man is she cute.

Knowing:: Christmas is right around the corner. How did that happen?

Thinking:: I'm already done with the cold. Yeah I know we just got started with it, but I'm so ready to be done. I think my resistance has something to do with the crutches and knee brace, but still done.

Feeling:: Sore. Whatever, my knee hurts. I guess that's what happens when you have knee surgery.

Bookmarking:: Bujo and planner decorating ideas. I am all about creative things I can do and enjoy while sitting down these days.

Opening:: Netflix a lot these days. Yup, lots of binge watching for me!

Wishing:: I could take a shower without having to sit down on a stool or without pain standing. Seems weird, but until you have been there you just don't get it.

Enjoying: Arrow. I have gotten really into that TV show recently on Netflix. The hubs has been watching it with me so I can't just binge watch while I'm laid up no matter how much I would love to.

Waiting:: For Rob's two weeks off. We need to relax as a family. Things have been crazy and it's time for things to settle a bit.

Hoping: That 2017 is going to be better than 2016. We have had this black cloud over us for awhile and it would be nice to finally get rid of it and have a fresh start in 2017.

Marveling:: At everything Connor. He is an awesome little boy. He is funny and awesome. He's progressing right on time. He's handsome and happy. I just can't get enough of that boy.
