5:43 -- Done with my workout so I head back upstairs to shower and get ready for the day. However can you really be ready for a Monday of winter break when all three kids are home?!
6:02 -- I head back downstairs and to my office to get some work done before the kids get up. I have quite a few orders to push through today.
7:11 -- Emma is crying. Connor is bouncing next to me suddenly. Working hours are over for now. Time to switch to mom mode.
I also happen to run into Addison in the hall when I go get Emma.
7:19 -- Rob heads off to work while I start getting breakfast for the kids.
7:33 -- I send the big kids up to get dressed while Emma finishes her breakfast.
7:46 -- We head out the door to the grocery store. I'm not loving the idea of going to the store with all three, it's been awhile since we've done this.
8:41 -- Home again. I turn on Scooby Doo for the kids (which I told them they could watch if they were good at the grocery store) while I put away groceries.
9:00 -- Emma goes down for a nap. I throw the towels in the washer and make my breakfast before jumping right back into work.
10:41 -- I finally hear Emma waking up. I got quite a bit done but I'm going to have to work all afternoon nap too to get more done.
11:27 -- Lunch time. I let the kids buy these snack lunches at the store so they start getting those while I make Emma's lunch and reheat some spaghetti for me.
12:01 -- Done with lunch and now it's just down time before quiet/nap time.
12:48 -- I read to Emma then get her down for a nap. I found Addie playing in Connor's room so I send her to her room and tell them it's quiet time for a bit. Then I head back downstairs and get right back to work.
2:00 -- Both Addison and Connor decided they were having quiet time in the living room today. Right now with the work I need to take care of I don't really care as long as they don't fight or wake Emma. Connor decided to build and Addison colored.
A little awhile after that they started fighting and prompting got sent back to their rooms. I honestly have no idea what time that was since I was so annoyed at them for first waking up Emma. I left her hoping she would fall back to sleep but I wasn't so lucky....
2:46 -- Time to get Emma up. She's clearly not going back to sleep...
4:00 -- Time to get dinner started. The kids continue to play in the living room.
5:03 -- Rob's home
5:12 -- Dinner is ready. We are having goulash and cheddar bay biscuits.
5:30 -- The kids watch Clone Wars while Rob and I clean up the kitchen
5:50 -- We are all just hanging out in the living room together, relaxing.
6:35 -- The kids start cleaning up, mostly because they are so slow and this will take about a half an hour
6:53 -- We head upstairs. I have Connor clean up his room. Addie takes things back to her room that she has taken down throughout the day and Emma has her yogurt.
7:08 -- Emma is down and not really happy about it but she quiets quickly.
7:15 -- Connor is exhausted and after Rob read to him, he's down too.
7:48 -- We let Addie finish reading her book to us then she goes too bed too.
Then that's it. I'm asleep by 9, so that was literally the entire day.
